Purpose of the app
Oto Ninja is an application for vehicle monitoring and trip recording. It cannot currently read vehicle fault codes and does not provide professional diagnostics, repair recommendations, or maintenance services.
Vehicle data
Vehicle data is provided by the vehicle’s electronic control units and the connected OBD2 adapter. Data may be unavailable, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or inconsistent. Which parameters are available depends on the vehicle and adapter.
GPS and fuel information
GPS accuracy depends on device hardware, satellite reception, environmental conditions, and operating system permissions. Fuel-consumption information, when suitable vehicle data is available, is an estimate; it should not be treated as an exact measurement or assumed to be available for every vehicle.
Safety while driving
Interacting with the app must not distract you from driving, traffic, or road conditions. The app does not replace vehicle instruments, warning indicators, or professional inspection. Pay attention to vehicle warnings and manufacturer recommendations.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to mandatory consumer rights, liability may be limited for decisions made solely on app data, incorrect readings, loss of recorded data, or vehicle damage. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
